Water and Constitutional Change in Chile
Since 2020 I have followed closely the current process for writing a new Constitution in Chile. I have given a number of talks about water rights in a variety of events in Chile (via zoom).
I worked with a group of U.S. and Chilean lawyers to write a report about the lessons of the U.S.legal doctrine of the public trust for the new Constitution. The report was published in Spanish and English and was presented in two public webinars in Chile in 2021.
